  • Plums – 500 g.
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.

Wash the plums well and remove the pits.

Now let’s prepare the dough. Beat eggs well with sugar. Add sour cream and oil, mix well. Pour flour, soda and citric acid. Mix well to a homogeneous mass. The dough should have the consistency of fritters.

We line the baking form with parchment and pour half of the dough, level it with a spoon. Place plum halves on top (cut side up), sprinkle with cinnamon.
