Fish rolls
Tasty, aromatic and very tender fish rolls with butter-cheese filling and green dill will be a good addition to the festive table, for lunch or dinner. Fish dishes are very useful. Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) offers an interesting recipe fish rolls. Thanks to the melted butter and cheese, the rolls are very juicy. They are prepared very simply and quickly. You can also experiment with the filling. We choose cheese to our taste, but those varieties that melt well. The ingredients are simple.
Ingredients for making fish rolls:
- fish fillet – 600 g.
- cheese – 100 g.
- dill greens – 3 sprigs.
- butter – 50 g.
- chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
- flour – 5 tbsp.
- breadcrumbs – 5 tbsp.
- oil – 30 g.
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation of fish rolls:
We choose fish fillet to your taste. Wash and dry well. Cut the fillet into pieces so that it can be twisted rolls
Lightly beat the fillet (make chops), salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash and dry the dill greens well. Finely chop.
Pour flour and breadcrumbs into two plates. Beat the eggs in the third plate. Add salt and pepper to taste to the beaten eggs. Let’s prepare three plates: the first – beat the eggs, the second – flour, the third – breadcrumbs.
Place grated cheese, chopped dill and a small piece of butter on each piece of fish. Wrap the fish in rolls. Breaded rolls in flour, in egg, in breadcrumbs. Everything in turn.
Heat the pan with oil. We fry fish rolls over low heat until ready.
