Fish soup for children

Fish soup – very important in a child’s proper diet. After all, fish is very useful for a growing body. Fish soup according to our recipe is not only healthy, but also very tasty, so your child will definitely like it.

Necessary products for cooking fish soup for children

  • Hake fish, fresh frozen – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
  • Black pepper, peas – 3 pcs.
  • Dill, parsley – 1 sprig each.
  • Olive oil – 3-4 drops.

Cooking fish soup for children

1. Cut the fish carcass into small pieces. We clean all the entrails, cut off the fins and take out the backbone.

2. Put the fish in a saucepan, cover with water and add black peppercorns. Put on fire and cook for 15 minutes. In the process of cooking, we remove the foam.

3. Cut potatoes and carrots into thin slices.

4. After 15 minutes, take the fish out of the pan. Let it cool down and cut it into small pieces (choose the bones).

5. Strain the fish broth and add vegetables and bay leaves. Cook until the vegetables are ready (soft). Add pieces of fish to the soup.

6. Turn off the fish soup, sprinkle with chopped greens and pour in olive oil.
