French chicken – ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 2-3 pcs.
  • Canned pineapples (rings) – 1 can.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g.
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper, oil.

French-style chicken – cooking recipe

Wash the chicken, cut each fillet into 3-4 pieces and marinate in soy sauce and ground pepper.

Then we beat off the marinated pieces of chicken fillet a little so that it softens a little and soaks in the marinade even better.

Lubricate the glass form with oil and lay out the chicken fillet.

Next, open the canned pineapples and place them on top of the meat.
