French chops – with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese

Today we will cook extremely tender, tasty and healthy chops in French. It is prepared very easily from simple ingredients. Such chops can be prepared for every day, but they will also look very nice on the festive table.

Let’s start cooking with mushrooms. We wash, clean, cut the champignons, put them to fry in a heated pan with oil (very little oil).

Cut the onion into half rings and add to the onion. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates completely and the onions are soft.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We cut the meat into slices 1,5 cm thick, beat on both sides through cling film.

Place baking paper on the bottom of the baking dish. We put the chops on a baking sheet, salt them, pepper them and smear them with mustard. Place fried mushrooms and onions on each chop.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into half rings and put them on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle the chops first with Adyghe cheese, then with hard cheese.

Put the chops in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Chops are served hot. Bon appetit!
