  • water or coconut milk – 1 tbsp.
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
  • oil – to taste.
  • salt, ground black pepper – to taste.

Cooking fried rice with pineapple and pork

Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Cut the pineapple in half, try to separate the green part into two parts. We cut the pulp and take it out, leaving the skin intact to form a shuttle. Dry the pineapple boats with a paper towel. Wrap the leaves in foil so they don’t burn. Put the boats in the oven for 5 minutes.

Cut the pineapple flesh into small triangles. Wash the pork well, cut into small cubes. Wash and finely chop the green onion, peel the garlic and pass it through a press.

Remove the deep frying pan from the heat, add pineapple, cashews, coconut milk or water and soy sauce, mix. Fill pineapple boats with fried rice. Put in the oven for 10 minutes to warm up before serving.
