Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden.

Grate the cheese. Cut ripe juicy tomatoes into equal strips.

Add the tomatoes to the onions, mix, warm up a little, then add the thyme leaves, mix again and remove from the heat. Put tomatoes with onions and thyme in a heat-resistant ceramic dish, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.

Salt and pepper the eggs, slightly beat them with a whisk and pour them into a mold with onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Such a nutritious breakfast will reliably satiate your body!
