Fusilli with turkey and greens – ingredients
- For 5+ servings:
- “Fusilli” pasta – 500 g.
- Turkey fillet – 500 g.
- Carrot – 3 pc.
- Onion – 2 pc.
- Greens – 1 bunch.
- Cream 30(33)% – 200 g.
- Parmesan – 100 g.
- Olive oil, salt, pepper.
Fusilli with turkey and greens – recipe
First, wash the vegetables, cut the onion and carrot into small cubes. Fry until slightly golden in olive oil.
Next, add turkey fillet cut into medium cubes and fry until done.
Then pour in the cream and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped greens (we had frozen parsley, dill and green onions).
In a separate banyak, cook the fusilli according to their cooking time (8 minutes in ours), drain the water and mix with the stewed meat in a creamy sauce.
The finished dish is served hot and generously sprinkled with grated parmesan.
