Glaze on the belt

We bring to your attention icing on the cake. Such glaze on the paste hardens in a smooth layer, does not stick and does not break during cutting. And most importantly, it is prepared without the use of raw protein.

Glaze on the belt – ingredients

  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Gelatin – 1 tsp.
  • Water – 6 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

Glaze on the cake – preparation

Gelatin pour 2 tbsp. water, leave.

Pour sugar into a small saucepan, add the rest of the water (4 tablespoons), mix well, put on fire, bring to a boil, cook until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat, add gelatin, mix well with a spoon. Immediately take the mixer and beat at maximum speed for about 5 minutes. While the mixture turns white, add lemon juice and beat for another minute.

Glaze for paska ready.

Glaze is applied to a completely cooled pashka.
