Grapes in jelly

Wash the grapes, dry them, pick the berries from the branches. Soak gelatin in cold water.

Punch two holes in the eggs and blow their contents into a container. Rinse the empty shells with water and boil for 2 minutes.

Add sugar to the water where the gelatin is soaked. Stir the mass, heat and wait for the sugar to dissolve. Pour the prepared gelatin mass into the juice, stir.

Put a few grapes in the empty shells and pour some dissolved gelatin. It is impossible to pour grapes completely at this stage: they will float to the top. Put the shells in the freezer for 1 minute.

When the gelatin hardens, put a few more grapes and fill the shells completely. Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Immerse the shells in hot water for a few seconds and release the formed jelly from them. The dish is ready. The recipe is designed for approximately 8 servings. The duration of cooking is up to an hour. By the way, berries in jelly can be prepared even with pink wine
