The dough is prepared from available ingredients, and you can put any jam in the filling (which is very relevant now, when you need to “dispose of all last year’s stocks”). Recipe for cooking grated bread

  • Flour – 2,5 cups.
  • Oil – 200
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Sugar – 0,5 cups.
  • Soda – 0,5 tsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 st.l.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Jam (jam) – 0,5 cups.

We mix the flour with soda, rub the butter into it on a grater, rub it well with our hands to a fine crumb.

Beat the egg with sugar, add lemon juice and mayonnaise, mix well. Add the egg mixture to the butter crumb and knead the elastic dough. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces, wrap one in cling film and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Roll out the second piece according to the size of the tray (0,3-0,5 cm). Lubricate the baking sheet well with oil, spread the rolled out dough, and spread jam or jam on top.

We take out a frozen piece of dough from the freezer and rub it on a beet grater until ready, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.

We put the form in an oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
