- young Romano salad – 1 head.
- smoked suluguni – 350 g.
- tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- hazelnuts – 2 handfuls.
- pitted olives – 2 handfuls.
- cucumbers – 1 pcs.
- chicken eggs – 1 pcs.
- a small bunch of fresh basil – 1 pc.
- a small bunch of cilantro – 1 pc.
- extra virgin olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- red wine vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.
- black sesame seeds – ½ tsp.
- sesame seeds – ½ tsp.
- dried oregano – ½ tsp.
- ground black pepper – ¼ tsp.
- sea ​​salt – ¼ tsp.
Greek salad with fried suluguni – recipe
- Cut the tomatoes in half crosswise, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Heat the grill pan, put the tomatoes cut side down and fry for no more than a minute, then transfer to a plate.
- Grind hazelnuts in a blender into fine crumbs and mix with sesame seeds.
- Beat the egg with a fork.
- Cut suluguni into large pieces, dip in an egg, roll in a nut-sesame mixture, put on a heated grill pan where the tomatoes were fried, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Cut the cucumber into medium-sized pieces.
- Cut Romano salad.
- Chop the basil and cilantro into large pieces.
- Combine cucumbers, lettuce, olives, greens, sprinkle with oregano, pour wine vinegar and olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
- Put the salad on a plate, place the tomatoes cut side up and fried suluguni on top.
