Green adjika

Delicious green adjika suitable for meat, fish, as a dressing for first courses, for vegetables, or simply as a spread on bread, croutons. Such green adjika is prepared quickly and simply. Do it, you won’t regret it!

Green adjika – ingredients

  • Hot green pepper (long, fresh) – 4 pieces.
  • Cilantro – 4 bunches.
  • Garlic – 8-10 cloves.
  • Salt – 1 tbsp.

Green adjika – cooking recipe

Peel the garlic. Remove the stem and seeds from the peppers.

Put garlic, cilantro and pepper in a blender, grind to a puree.

Add salt, mix well. We put it in a jar, send it to the refrigerator.
