Green adjika

Green adjika – ingredients
- Hot green pepper (long, fresh) – 4 pieces.
- Cilantro – 4 bunches.
- Garlic – 8-10 cloves.
- Salt – 1 tbsp.
Green adjika – cooking recipe
Peel the garlic. Remove the stem and seeds from the peppers.
Put garlic, cilantro and pepper in a blender, grind to a puree.
Add salt, mix well. We put it in a jar, send it to the refrigerator.
