Grilled pork kebab

Pork kebab is everyone’s favorite classic dish. Today we will prepare a pork kebab according to a very simple recipe. For cooking, you will only need meat, onions, salt, pepper and mineral water (optional).

Necessary products for cooking pork kebab

  • Pork, neck – 1,5 kg.
  • Onion – 2 pc.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Black pepper – to taste.
  • Mineral water (optional).

Preparation of pork kebab

1. Wash the meat and cut it into large pieces. When the meat is cut into such pieces, it turns out to be very tender and very juicy.

2. Cut the onion into rings.

3. Salt and pepper the meat to taste.

4. Place onion rings on top of the meat.

.5. If desired, pour the meat with mineral water and marinate for 2-3 hours.

6. After the specified time, put the meat on the skewers. The onion is no longer needed, it has already given its taste and aroma.

7. Put the skewers on the grill and cook the pork kebab until ready, about 1 hour, do not forget to turn the skewers and make sure there is no open fire.

8. The barbecued pork kebab is ready.
