Gypsy-style chicken

Wash the drumsticks, dry them, put them in a fireproof form, salt to taste.

Cut the onion into rings, cucumbers into strips, add to the chicken.

We clean the pepper from seeds and membranes, cut out the stem from the tomato, put it in a blender, grind it into a puree. Pour this puree over the chicken.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour.

Serve with your favorite side dish.
