The idea of ​​the dish is very simple, however, the preparation process is very time-consuming. After all, to begin with, you need to make a hole in the shell, take out the yolk, and then fill it with ingredients and broth. And now let’s learn how to cook Fabergé jelly eggs with a photo recipe.

  1. The first thing you need to do is get empty eggshells. At the blunt end of the egg, lightly punch a hole with a diameter of no more than 2 cm and pour the egg. If it turns out badly, you can help with a thin stick. Then the shells should be washed in a soapy solution and turned with the holes down so that the water flows out. Then place in egg trays with the holes facing up .
  2. We are preparing meat broth. Pour water into the pan, throw in the chicken fillet, pepper, salt and throw in a bay leaf. After the fillet is ready, pour 250 ml of meat broth into a cup, and put the fillet out to cool. In a cup with broth, add 2 tbsp. gelatin and stir until it dissolves.
  3. Finely cut the fillet and sweet bell pepper into cubes. If desired, you can add sausage, ham or shrimp to the chicken fillet.
  4. Pour 1 tbsp. meat broth in an egg shell and spread parsley with dill, so it will stick better.
  5. After that, add diced fillet, bell pepper, corn, peas, you can also add tomatoes, crab sticks, ham, sausage, it all depends on your tastes and imagination. At the end, fill the filling with meat broth with gelatin. The poached eggs in the shell are almost ready, it remains to put them in the refrigerator for the whole night until they harden (5-8 hours) .
  6. In the morning, we take the hard-boiled eggs out of the refrigerator and carefully clean them from the shell. We put the finished dish on a saucer decorated with greens and put it in the refrigerator.
