Hawaiian salad

Simple and interesting to the taste Hawaiian salad. The salad is full of flavor and color. Thanks to the interesting presentation, it looks good on the festive table.

Hawaiian salad – ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 250 g.
  • Rice (weight of finished rice) – 250 g.
  • Pineapple – ½ can.
  • Mayonnaise – 4 st.l.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Corn – 1 jar.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Orange – 2 pieces.
  • Thyme – 1 tsp.
  • Parsley – ½ bunch.

Hawaiian salad – recipe

Boil the chicken in salted water together with thyme, cool.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Drain the corn.

Finely chop the onion, finely chop the parsley.

Cut the orange in half, carefully remove the pulp, clean the slices from the veins, and cut them into small pieces.

Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce.

Cut the cooled chicken into cubes.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the sauce, mix gently. Transfer the salad into orange “pots” and serve.
