Hazelnut waffles

Delicious waffles with peanut and chocolate cream. Such chocolate-nut waffles so tasty that they can easily replace dessert on the festive table. And they are prepared very simply and quite quickly.

Hazelnut waffles – ingredients

  • Square waffles – 4 pieces.
  • Creamy cracker – 200 g.
  • Peanuts (can be salted) – 150 g.
  • Eggs – 4 pieces.
  • Sugar – 200 g.
  • Oil – 200
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp. (with a slide).
  • Additionally:
  • Black chocolate.
  • Boiled condensed milk – ½ can.

Hazelnut waffles – recipe

Grind cookies and peanuts (separately) in a blender.

We scald the eggs with boiling water, break them into a bowl, and put them on a pot of boiling water. Add sugar and beat over steam until the mass becomes light and fluffy. Leave to cool.

Beat the butter to a loose light mass, add the cooled egg mass, beat until smooth.

Add crushed cookies, mix thoroughly. We divide the mass into two parts. Add nuts to one, cocoa to the second, mix well.

Lubricate the first wafer sheet with cocoa cream, cover with the second cake, and lightly press it down. Grease the second cake with cream with nuts, cover with the third cake, press it down slightly. Grease the third cake with condensed milk, cover with the fourth cake. We send the waffles to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Melt the chocolate, pour over the top waffle cake.
