Herring in mustard sauce

Herring in mustard sauce – ingredients

  • Herring – 2 pieces (salted).
  • Fish milk – 4 pieces (from the same herring).
  • Mustard – 3 tsp.
  • Oil – 50 ml.
  • Vinegar (6%) – 1 tsp. (you can do without it.
  • Onion – 1 piece (large).

Herring in mustard sauce – preparation

Cut the herring into fillets. Read the technology in the article How to properly disassemble a herring. Cut the onion into half rings, the herring into pieces. We put it in a pan.

Place chopped milk, mustard, and oil in the blender bowl. Beat everything until smooth, add vinegar and mix. Taste for salt, add salt if necessary.

Mix the herring and sauce, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. And then serve to the table.
