Herring pate

Very tasty herring pate. It is prepared very quickly. It is best to use herring fillet for pate. You can use herring pate as a snack, with black bread or with baked potatoes. Potatoes can be cut into circles, greased with oil and baked in the oven. Serve with herring pate. The ingredients are very simple and will always be at hand.

Ingredients for preparing herring pate

  • herring fillet – 250 g.
  • sour cream 15% – 180 g.
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pcs.
  • white bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
  • dill greens – 1 bunch.

Preparation of pate from herring

Fry the bread in a dry pan until golden. Eggs are boiled, cooled and cleaned. Grate on a medium or fine grater.

Grind herring and onion in a blender. Add fried bread, eggs, finely chopped dill and sour cream, mix. We put it in the refrigerator overnight.
