Homemade baguettes

We sift the flour, make a well in it, crumble the yeast, pour water, leave for a few minutes. Add salt and knead the dough (long enough until bubbles appear). Cover with a thin cloth and leave to rise for about an hour.

Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, form a baguette from each. Dust the baking dish with flour, lay out the baguettes and leave to rise for another 10-15 minutes.

We make oblique incisions on the dough and wet it gently with water using a brush. Bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

The baguettes are ready. Bon appetit!
