Chicken sausage with mushrooms – homemade chicken sausage with mushrooms is prepared simply and quite quickly. Such a sausage turns out to be very tasty and quite dietary. If desired, you can add ground allspice and a pinch of nutmeg to the minced meat. But even without them, the sausage is very tasty!

Homemade chicken sausage with mushrooms – ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pieces.
  • Mushrooms – 250 g (small).
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 1 clove.
  • Chopped parsley – a good handful.
  • Salt pepper.
  • Oil – 2 tbsp.

Chicken sausage with mushrooms – recipe

Fry the whole mushrooms until golden brown, if the mushrooms are larger, cut them into 4 parts, leave to cool.

We grind the meat in a meat grinder, add well-chilled mushrooms, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, mix the minced meat well.

We divide the minced meat in half. We cut out two rectangles from the baking sleeve, put the minced meat on each, twist it tightly, form a sausage, and tie the ends well. To be sure, each sausage can be wrapped in cling film, water should not get into the sausage.

Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil, lower the sausages, leave to cook for 20-25 minutes. We take it out, let it cool a little, remove the film and sleeve for baking. Leave to cool completely, put in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

The next day, we cut it and serve it to the table.
