Homemade chicken sausage – ingredients

  • Chicken (thighs) – 2 kg.
  • Garlic – 5-7 cloves.
  • Mustard in grains – 15 g.
  • Salt, pepper – to taste.
  • Guts – 3-4 pieces.
  • Curry.

Homemade chicken sausage – preparation

Remove the fat and skin from the thighs, cut the meat from the bone. Grind everything in a meat grinder. Add garlic passed through a press, salt, pepper, curry and mustard. Put the meat in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator, beat it well. We stuff the intestine with the help of a special nozzle for a meat grinder. Tie the ends and place on a baking sheet.

We put the sausage in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take it out and prick the sausage with a needle so that it does not crack during the cooking process.

Bake until golden brown..
