  • Salt – to taste.

Cooking homemade chicken stew with carrots and green onions

1. If you have a whole chicken carcass, then cut it into medium pieces. Put the pieces of chicken in a large goose dish or in a pan with a thick bottom. Salt the meat to taste.

2. Finely chop the green onion.

3. Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

4. In the goosehouse, add onions and carrots to the meat.

5. Pour water over the products. Add bay leaves and black peppercorns.

6. Cover with a lid and put in the oven. We cook the dish for 2 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees.
