Chocolate liqueur – preparation

Grate the chocolate on a fine grater, pour it into a jar with vanilla, pour vodka, mix well. Insist in a dark place for 7-8 days. We shake the contents of the jar every day.

We pour water and milk into a saucepan, put it on the fire, add sugar, stirring constantly, bring it to a boil, let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Cool the syrup and add to the tincture, leave for 2-3 days.

We put the liquor in a water bath, and heat the liquor to a temperature of 70 degrees, keep it at this temperature for 5-7 minutes, constantly stir the contents of the jar, so that the chocolate should melt completely.

After cooling, put the jar with liquor in a cold, dark place, infuse for another two weeks. A deposit will appear at the bottom of the jar – these are cocoa particles.

Pour the liquor into bottles, store in the refrigerator.
