  • meat – 1 kg.
  • fat – 400 g.
  • salt – 2 teaspoons.
  • garlic – 8 cloves (medium size).
  • ground black pepper.
  • ground red pepper.
  • water ≈ 1 glass.

Homemade sausage – cooking recipe

To make sausages, you can use pork, or you can use half pork with beef, it’s a matter of your taste. Be sure to add lard to make the sausages juicier.

Grind 200 g of lard, finely chop the rest. We also cut the meat into small pieces.

Add ground black and red pepper, garlic and, of course, salt to the prepared minced meat. Mix well and beat the meat in a pan, adding cold water.

The minced meat is ready, put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours for marinating, you can leave it overnight.

Now you can buy ready-made sausage casings at the bazaar. Wash them before cooking. We fill the prepared intestines with minced meat. You can fill with a spoon, but it takes a long time. It is best to do this with the help of a special nozzle for a meat grinder.

We tie both ends of the intestine, pierce it with a needle in several places.

Such sausages can be boiled, fried in a pan, baked in the oven, smoked, taken outside to cook on a fire, on a grill, etc.

Homemade sausages can be eaten as a separate dish or with any side dish, with vegetables.
