  • Strawberries – 500 g.
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp.
  • Mascarpone – 250
  • Cream (from 30%) – 300 ml.

Separate the strawberries from the stalks, mash them, put them in a pan, add 2 spoons of sugar, put them on medium heat. After some time, the strawberries will release juice, and the sugar will completely dissolve.

Do not cover the pan with a lid, cook (warm) the strawberries for another 3-5 minutes.

Remove the strawberries from the heat, leave to cool completely, and then put them in the refrigerator for several hours so that the strawberries are very cold.

Beat the well-chilled cream and mascarpone together with the rest of the sugar to a thick, stable cream.

Add well-cooled strawberries with juice to the cream, mix everything well with a spoon.

We put the mass in dishes for freezing.

If you put the mass for ice cream in one large container, and then divide it in portions, it is worth stirring the ice cream every hour after sending it to the freezer. The ice cream is ready to use in 6 hours.

If you immediately spread the ice cream in portions, in small glasses, then you do not need to stir it, and it will be ready in 2 hours.
