Honey-lemon infusion
Another recipe for homemade liqueur – honey-lemon liqueur. The infusion has a bright lemon and honey aroma. Ideal for “warming up” after a long walk in the cold, wet and damp season.
Honey-lemon infusion – ingredients
- Liquid honey – ½ l.
- Lemon juice – ½ l.
- Food alcohol – ½ l.
Honey-lemon infusion
Wash the lemons well, pour boiling water over them. Cut into halves, squeeze out the juice. We filter.
Add liquid honey to the juice, mix well, add alcohol, mix. Pour into a glass container, close, put in a dark place for at least 3-4 weeks, and preferably for 3 months.
The first week, shake the infusion daily, then once a week is enough.
