Honey liqueur with herbs – preparation

Put all the herbs in a pot, pour water over them. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and steam for 30 minutes.

Let the decoction cool a little, filter through several layers of gauze, add honey, leave for 30-40 minutes so that the honey is completely dissolved in the liquid (stir periodically).

Add alcohol and leave for at least 30 days in the refrigerator (cellar). Of course, the best taste of the liqueur will be revealed after aging for 6-12 months. But it depends on your patience.
