Let’s start cooking hot bread. To begin with, you need to wash the potatoes with a brush, cut them in half, salt them and grease them with oil. Now peel the ginger, cut lengthwise into 5 mm thick slices, then crosswise into 5 mm wide pieces. Peel the garlic and cut lengthwise into small pieces. Generously salt and pepper the garlic and ginger. Done!

Now let’s deal with meat for hot bread. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel. Stuff the meat with garlic and ginger using a long, sharp knife: insert the knife perpendicularly, then, without taking it out, turn it 90 ° – and insert a piece of ginger and garlic into the hole that has formed. After that, rub the meat on all sides with adjika, salt, pepper, mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Rub this mixture into the meat as if massaging it.

Now we form the dish – hot country. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the potatoes in a single layer, cut side down. Place the meat on top (as in the photo). Cover it all with foil.
