Hot pepper jam

Hot pepper jam – ingredients

  • Bell pepper – about 600 g (3 pieces).
  • Hot red pepper – 3 pieces.
  • Brown sugar – 150 g.
  • Lemon juice – 25 ml.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into arbitrary pieces.

We do the same with hot pepper as with sweet pepper, but it is worth working with gloves, making sure that pepper juice does not get into the face.

Put the pepper in a blender bowl, grind it, but so that small pieces remain (not pureed).

Mix sugar with lemon juice and three tablespoons of water. We put everything on medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add pepper to the syrup, bring to a boil, remove the foam, cook over low heat for about 50 minutes.
