How to bake fragrant pork in foil

Today we will cook a simple but very tasty meat – aromatic pork baked in foil. Such meat is very easy to prepare: marinate and bake in the oven. Works for 15 minutes. Then everything will be done by the refrigerator and the oven.

It is important to use fresh, not frozen meat for cooking. Such meat can be cut into sandwiches. You can eat with any vegetable salad.

Fragrant pork baked in foil – ingredients

  • Boneless pork – 1,2 kg.
  • Salt – 1,5 tsp.
  • Black pepper – 0,5 tsp.
  • Mustard – 1,5 tbsp.
  • Red pepper – 0,5 tsp.
  • Nutmeg – 0,5 tsp.
  • Rosemary – 2 sprigs.
  • Garlic – 5 cloves.

We cook and bake pork in foil

Wash the meat well under running water and dry it with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix red and black pepper, mustard, nutmeg and salt, add garlic passed through a garlic press.

Place a sprig of rosemary on the bottom of the vessel in which the meat will be marinated. Rub the meat with a mixture of mustard and spices. We put it on top of the rosemary. And from above we crush the meat with “leaves” of rosemary.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator and tightly wrap it in foil. So that the juice from the meat does not leak out, then the pork will be juicy.

We put the meat in foil in a baking dish. Pour a little water on the bottom, when it evaporates, add a little more boiling water.

We bake our aromatic meat for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees in the oven, and then we set the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another hour.

Let the meat dry out in the foil. When the meat has cooled, remove the foil, drain the excess liquid. Wrap the meat in paper and store in the refrigerator.
