Iceberg salad with tuna and cherries

Wash the salad and cut or tear it into arbitrary large pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters (you can also cut them in half).

Cut the cheese into thin strips (it is best to have everything cut on a slicer, you can order such a cut immediately in the store, then the pieces will be the same and perfectly thin).

We pour out our own juice or oil from canned tuna and add to the salad.

We make a dressing sauce. We take a glass jar with a lid up to 0.5 l. We add all the necessary ingredients for the sauce to it, close it and shake until a homogeneous consistency. This method of preparing the sauce makes it possible to later store it in the refrigerator if you have not used it all, or simply to transport it in this form to dress the salad in another place.

Dress the salad with this sauce and serve.
