Isaura cheesecake with pumpkin – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Water – ½ cup.
  • Oil – ½ cup.
  • Chocolate – 50 g.
  • Flour – 1,5 cups.
  • Cocoa – ¼ cup.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • For the cheese mass:
  • Cheese (thrice ground) – 500 g.
  • Baked pumpkin puree – 200 g.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Vanilla pudding – 1 package.

Melt the chocolate in a steam bath, leave to cool.

Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until you get a loose light mass. Without stopping to beat, pour water and oil in a thin stream. Pour in the melted chocolate, do not stop whisking.

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa, sift to liquid ingredients, beat until the ingredients are combined at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Lubricate the mold (25×35) with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the dough, level it.

Beat the ground cheese, puree, sugar and pudding until smooth. Spread the cheese mass with a spoon on the dough so that the dough is visible between the cheese.

Bake the cheesecake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar!
