Italian stuffed tomatoes

Wash and dry tomatoes (preferably large cream or crimson). Cut with a sharp knife into slices, but not all the way. Cut mozzarella cheese into thin slices. 1 mozzarella ball is enough for two large tomatoes.

Wash the basil well under running water and dry it. Tear it into pieces. Insert mozzarella slices and basil leaves into the tomato slices.

Salt can be mixed with a pinch of Italian herbs and pepper. Top with tomato mixture to taste. Then sprinkle everything with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
