This baked pork turns out to be very aromatic and juicy (not at all dry, as is usually the case with this type of meat. Juicy polladvitsa in yogurt marinade, baked in a sleeve – ingredients

  • Pork (loin) – 1,1 kg.
  • Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Chili pepper – 1 tsp.
  • Marjoram – 1 tsp.
  • Dried dill 0-1 tsp.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.

Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press, add to the yogurt, mix. Add the remaining ingredients to the marinade.

We wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, rub it well with marinade. We put it in a sleeve for baking, tie it tightly, put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake in a heated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Leave to cool, put in the refrigerator for several hours.

We cut it, serve it to the table.
