Korean chicken
Today we will prepare a very tasty, aromatic and unusual dish – Korean chicken. You can use any part of the chicken for cooking – drumsticks, wings, thighs. You can serve such chicken with any side dish, but it tastes best with spaghetti.
Korean chicken – ingredients
- Chicken legs (wings, thighs) – 8 pieces.
- Sugar – 8 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 50 ml.
- Garlic – 8 cloves.
- Sesame seeds – 8 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Water (hot boiled) – 100 ml.
Korean chicken – preparation
You can cook any part of the chicken (wings, thighs) after washing the drumsticks and lightly fry them in oil in a pan. Add water to the pan and cover with a lid, cook for 10-15 minutes.
Open the lid and sprinkle each piece of chicken with a tablespoon of sugar and cover with the lid again, but now looking periodically – the sugar should caramelize.
Pour soy sauce, simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and roasted sesame seeds.
Serve with any side dish.
