Lasagna with chicken and mushrooms – a dish with alternating layers of dough with a filling that is covered with Bechamel sauce. Making lasagna is not as difficult as it seems at first glance, the main thing is to be patient. Your guests and family will be delighted!

Lasagna with chicken and mushrooms – ingredients

  • For the filling:
  • Lasagna sheets – 12 pieces.
  • Chicken fillet – 1 piece.
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 500 g.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Mozzarella – 200 g.
  • Parmesan – 200 g.
  • Cream – 200 g.
  • For the Bechamel sauce:
  • Milk – 1 l.
  • Butter (butter) – 100 g.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp. l.

Boil the chicken fillet. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden. Chop the mushrooms and add to the onion. Simmer until the liquid evaporates. Cut boiled chicken into small pieces. Add chicken to the mushrooms, add cream, pepper and salt. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.

For the sauce, mix butter, milk and flour. Grease the mold with sauce. Lay out a layer of leaves, first you need to boil them. To do this, read the instructions on the lasagna package. Put a third of the filling on the lasagna. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top. Repeat the layers two more times. Cover the top with a lasagna sheet, pour the sauce on top, sprinkle a little with mushrooms and grated cheese. Bake the lasagna in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the finished lasagna from the oven. Transfer to a plate, and you can serve.
