Boil spinach leaves over medium heat until soft, drain, squeeze, and finely chop.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Pour onion into a heated pan with oil, fry until soft. Add chopped spinach, fry for another 2 minutes. Salt, pepper, remove from heat.

Melt butter in another pan, add butter, mix well, fry for 1-2 minutes.

Stirring constantly so that there are no lumps, pour in the milk. Bring to a boil, cook on the lowest heat for about a minute. Remove from heat, add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a baking dish with oil, lay out a sheet of lasagna. Spread spinach, chopped feta on top, pour sauce over. This is how we lay out several layers, up to the top of the form (feta + sauce on top).

We put the form in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
