Lavash chips

Very often you want to crunch delicious chips, but we all know how harmful they are ((((Today we will prepare a completely harmless version of chips – pita chips.

We will cook chips with sour cream and paprika, you can come up with your own additives.

Lavash chips – ingredients

  • Lavash – 2 leaves.
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • . . . . . . . . .
  • Dried greens – 1-2 tsp.
  • Butter (melted) – 1 tbsp.
  • Ground paprika – 1-2 tsp.

Lavash chips – preparation

One sheet of pita bread is thinly smeared with sour cream and sprinkled with a mixture of greens and salt.

Grease the second sheet of pita bread with melted butter, sprinkle with paprika mixed with salt.

Cut pita bread with scissors into pieces of arbitrary shape. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment. We put the tray with the future chips in the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake the chips for 3-5 minutes.
