Lavash roll with red fish is prepared simply and quickly. And the taste and appearance of this snack is simply perfect. Even such a small amount of red fish makes a rather large roll.

Lavash roll with red fish – ingredients

  • Lavash – 1 piece.
  • Cream cheese – 200 g.
  • Red fish fillet (low salt) – 200 g.
  • Lemon juice – ½ tsp.
  • Greens – to taste.

Lavash roll with red fish – preparation

Finely chop the fish (if there is very little time for cooking, you can simply grind it in a meat grinder) and add your favorite finely chopped greens and cheese. Mix well and add lemon juice.

Unroll a sheet of pita bread. Evenly distribute the filling throughout the pita bread. Roll up the roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Take out and cut the roll with a sharp knife.
