Layered chicken salad

Delicious salad with chicken layers suitable for any holiday or family dinner. A simple salad with chicken, pickled cucumbers and mushrooms.

Salad with chicken in layers – ingredients

  • Large chicken fillet – 1 piece.
  • Pickled cucumbers (medium) – 4 pieces.
  • Carrots – 2 pieces.
  • Boiled eggs – 4 pieces.
  • Onions – 2 pieces.
  • Mushrooms – 150 g.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Olive oil – 4-5 tbsp.
  • Red pepper – 1 piece.

Salad with chicken in layers – recipe

Cut the fillet into small pieces and fry in olive oil. Set aside to cool.

Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater, fry in olive oil. We are cooling.

Clean the onion, cut it into small cubes, fry it in a pan until soft. Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the onion, fry for 4-5 minutes.

Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes.

Grate or finely chop the eggs.

Wash the pepper, clean it and cut it into cubes.

Put the chicken on the bottom of the salad bowl, make a mesh of mayonnaise, then cucumbers, mesh of mayonnaise, fried carrots, mesh of mayonnaise, eggs, mesh of mayonnaise, mushrooms, mesh of mayonnaise, red pepper on top.

Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Bon appetit!
