Lazy dumplings with cheese – ingredients

  • Cheese (dry) – 500 g.
  • Eggs – 1 piece.
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp. (to taste).
  • Flour – 1-1,5 cups.
  • Oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Sour cream.
  • Salt – a pinch.

Lazy dumplings with cheese – recipe

Grind the cheese in a meat grinder or grind it through a sieve. Add eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt, mix everything well.

Add sifted flour to the resulting mass, knead the dough.

We spread the dough on a floured surface, divide it in half, roll out two thin sausages, cut with a knife.

We lower the lazy dumplings into salted boiling water, cook until they float to the surface of the water.

Pour the finished dumplings with melted butter, serve with sour cream.

  • Cheese (dry) – 500 g.
  • Flour – 100 g.
  • Semolina – 100 g.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Sugar – 1,5 tablespoons (or to taste).
  • Salt.

Add a pinch of salt, sugar, egg to the cheese and mix. Add flour and semolina, knead the dough.

The dough should be soft, but at the same time elastic, slightly sticky to the hands.

We divide the dough into 3 parts, put each of them in a pastry bag with a cut edge (choose the size of the cut edge yourself).

Such a dough can be prepared in advance, divided into bags and frozen.

We will lower our lazy dumplings into boiling salted water as follows – squeeze the dough out of the bag and cut off the required amount of dough with scissors. We do it directly over boiling water.
