Lazy pasta casserole

Lazy pasta casserole tasty and filling dish. Prepares quickly. Choose a tall form so that when the liquid boils, it does not spill out from under the foil.

Casserole tastes good warm! The ingredients are very simple: macaroni, ham and hard cheese.

Ingredients for making a lazy pasta casserole:

  • pasta (boiled) – 200 g.
  • ham or sausage – 200 g.
  • hard cheese – 100 g.
  • milk or water – 250 ml.
  • spices, salt – to taste.

Cooking lazy pasta casserole:

We will prepare a form where we will bake lazy pasta casserole. Lubricate the form with oil. Spread the macaroni. Cut the ham or sausage to your taste (cubes, strips). Pepper, add spices, salt to taste.

Salt milk or water if necessary. Be sure to follow the pasta-liquid ratio, it is of great importance in the final result. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the casserole. Cover the form with foil.

Heat the oven to 180-200 degrees and bake lazy pasta casserole under foil for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the foil and let the casserole brown for another 10-15 minutes.

We take the casserole out of the oven and wait for it to cool down a little, then it can be cut.
