Lean bread with sesame

Tasty, lush, tender, fragrant lean bread with sesame.

Homemade bread is always delicious. It lasts longer. It will taste good with any dish or simply with pate. You can also bake it and serve it for the Holy Supper. Lean bread with sesame will decorate your table.

Ingredients for making lean bread with sesame:

  • rye flour – 1 glass
  • wheat flour – 2 cups
  • warm water – 280 ml.
  • fresh yeast – 12 g.
  • sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • sesame – to taste.
  • salt – 1,5 tsp.

Preparation of lean bread with sesame:

Mix the yeast with sugar, leave it until a foam is formed.

Combine the flour and sift it into a bowl, pour the yeast there. Add salt, gradually introduce water, knead the dough. Knead for 10 minutes. The dough should be soft and smooth.

Lubricate the container with oil, form a ball from the dough and transfer it to the container. Cover the dough and put it in a warm place to rise for about 40 minutes to 1 hour. The dough should double in size.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Form a loaf or a braid from the dough. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover with a towel and leave for another 40 minutes.

Bake in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
