Ingredients for making lean pear pie with poppy seeds:

  • flour – 2 cups
  • vanilla sugar – 1 pack.
  • poppy seeds – 1/2 cup.
  • boiling water – 1 glass
  • lemon peel – 1 pc.
  • oil – 1/2 cup
  • sugar – 1 cup
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.

In the container where we will prepare lean pear pie with poppy seeds pour sugar and vanilla sugar, mix. Add poppy seed mass.

Pour boiling water over everything. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Wash and dry the lemon well. Rub the zest. Mix everything well. Pour oil. We mix.

Mix the baking powder with flour and add it to the mass for preparing a lean pear pie with poppy seeds.

Grease the baking form with oil and sprinkle with flour.

Pour the dough into the form.

Wash the pear well, clean it, cut it into thin slices and spread it on top of the dough.

Heat the oven to 180g. Bake for 35-40 minutes. until ready.
