Lean pumpkin cookies

Lean pumpkin cookies tasty and very aromatic. You don’t need to put in too much effort to make these cookies. Sugar can be replaced with honey, then the cookies can be classified as dietary. It is relevant to cook it during fasting. It tastes good with tea. It is very easy to prepare. The ingredients are very simple.

Ingredients for making lean pumpkin cookies

  • pumpkin pulp (baked) – 100 g.
  • flour – 90 g.
  • oat flakes – 50 g.
  • sugar – 50 g.
  • honey – 3 tbsp.
  • baking powder – 0,5 tsp.
  • cinnamon – 1/3 tsp.
  • oil – 2 tbsp.
  • salt – a pinch.

Preparation of lean pumpkin cookies:

Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Grind the pumpkin into puree, add honey, oil, mix everything.

Combine the two masses into one, mix well.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. We spread the prepared mass with a spoon on a baking sheet.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake lean pumpkin cookies about 10 minutes.
