Today we are experimenting with you! Imagine a lemon-flavored bar in a mini format. This is possible if you prepare it Easter lemon mini-pasta according to the proposed recipe.

Lemon mini-paska – ingredients

  • For the belt:
  • Butter – 300 g.
  • Yeast – 30 g fresh or 10 g dry.
  • Cream with a fat content of 33-35% – 200 ml.
  • Flour – 500 g.
  • Sugar – 40 g.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Lemon peel – 1 tsp.
  • For the icing:
  • Powdered sugar – 300 g.
  • Lemon – 1 pcs.

The recipe for making lemon mini-paska

Before starting cooking lemon mini-stripes turn on the oven, set the temperature to 170 degrees, leave it to warm up.

Now melt and cool the butter. Dissolve the yeast in the warm cream and let the yeast “bubbles” form.

Sift the flour with salt and sugar into a bowl, add the yeast mixture and start mixing thoroughly, adding the eggs one at a time. Knead the dough for lemon mini-stripes 5-7 minutes. Then add butter and zest and knead until elastic. Cover the dough with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Dough for lemon mini-stripes, remember what is suitable with your hands, divide it into 10-12 parts and spread it on greased forms. Leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Bake lemon mini-strips 15 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Now we will prepare the glaze for lemon mini strips. For the glaze, wash the lemon and dry it. Remove the peel using a fine grater and squeeze out the juice. Add all the zest and enough juice to the powdered sugar to make a thick mass. Cover with the finished warm glaze lemon mini bars and decorate to your liking until the frosting has set. done
