Leopard roll

Today we will prepare a delicious snack – leopard roll. It is interesting first of all for its design: thanks to the addition of olives and greens, it has a beautiful pattern that resembles leopard fur.

Yummy leopard roll is prepared very quickly and easily. Such a roll will decorate any table. Due to the simplicity of preparation and the availability of ingredients, it can be prepared as a daily dish.

Leopard roll – ingredients

  • Eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp.
  • Starch – 2 tbsp.
  • Sour cream – 100
  • Mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Olives – 1 handful.
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp.
  • Cream cheese – 200 g.
  • Fish (red) – 200 g.
  • Basil, parsley.
  • Black pepper.

Leopard roll – preparation

Mix eggs, flour, starch, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper. The dough is liquid, as it should be. Pour the finished dough onto a baking sheet covered with a silicone or non-stick mat and evenly distribute parsley, dried basil (if desired) and sliced ​​olives on it. Put the baking sheet with the dough in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 6-8 minutes.

Roll the cake into a roll and leave to cool a little. Unroll the warm cake, spread it with cream cheese, evenly spread the red fish and wrap it again in a tight roll.

You can eat this snack right away, or you can cool it a little more in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
