Liver cake is a proven recipe from Smakota

Liver cake – a very original and festive dish that will not leave anyone indifferent. It always causes a lot of enthusiasm due to its appearance and taste. Prepare a liver cake together with Smakota (Smakotainfo.com), surprise your relatives!

Let’s start cooking the onion cake. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry in oil until golden, leave to cool.

Wash the liver well and pass it through a meat grinder. Add half of milk and sifted flour to the liver mass, mix well, add the second part of milk.

Beat the eggs separately, pour into the dough, add the cooled fried onion, pepper, salt, and mix well. The dough should be thin, like a pancake. You can adjust the thickness of the dough with the help of milk and flour.

We squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise, mix well, and generously cover the still warm pancakes, on top of the mayonnaise, before each next pancake, sprinkle with chopped green dill.

Let the cake rest overnight in the refrigerator (it is necessary to cover or wrap it in cling film, because the top cake may dry out). In the morning, the liver cake is ready.
